Your Journey Is Just Beginning
Why People Join Me

It’s not about the destination. It’s about the feeling.
People often tell me that they don’t just come for the destination, they come for the experience of being guided, cared for, and encouraged to reconnect with themselves. My role is to hold that space for you: a place where you feel safe to rest, explore, and remember what truly fills you up.

My Approach
I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all. Every retreat I host is designed with care and flexibility, so you can meet yourself where you are. Some people come for deep rest, others for adventure, and many for a bit of both. Whether we’re soaking in a wood-fired hot tub in Nova Scotia, practicing yoga under the Greek sun, or sharing wine and conversation in the French Alps, my intention is always the same: to create a nurturing space where you can tune in and feel supported.
While yoga is at the heart of what I do, it’s not the whole story. My work blends body awareness, coaching, and simple joys — good food, meaningful conversations, and the beauty of nature. It’s about bringing people together in environments that inspire both inner stillness and playful connection.
Why Retreats Matter To Me
Over the years, I’ve seen how busy life can get. We pour ourselves into work, family, and responsibilities — often without pausing to ask, What do I need? I’ve learned that we all crave space. Space to soften. To breathe. To feel taken care of. That’s the gift of a retreat: it pulls you out of autopilot and offers you time to reconnect with yourself.
For me, retreats are not about escaping life but about remembering who you are beneath the noise. Through yoga, stillness, laughter, and shared meals, I’ve watched people open up, reconnect with their intuition, and return home lighter, brighter, and more grounded.
