THE EXPERIENCE
The Island weaves hatha and restorative yoga with the slow rhythm of Greek island life. Rooted in community and connection, this retreat offers an immersive space for women to reconnect—where presence leads and everything else can soften.
Each day balances mindful practice with gentle exploration. Between sessions, we visit historic sites, village churches, and a local winery, alongside time to walk, rest, and share meals in and around Kalliopi—moving at an unhurried, distinctly Greek pace.

Each apartment includes two bedrooms, each with a private ensuite bathroom, along with a shared living space, full kitchen, and outdoor area. Thoughtfully arranged for ease and simplicity, the apartments invite both connection and quiet moments at home between practices and daily excursions.

features a twin room with two beds and a private ensuite bathroom within the apartment setting—ideal for women who enjoy shared space and a sense of togetherness.

offers a private bedroom with an ensuite bathroom, designed for those who value quiet, independence, and personal retreat. These rooms provide a calm, self-contained space to rest and recharge, with the option to join communal areas as desired.

Each apartment features new cotton linens, thick cozy beds with 2 pillows, and ample towels, in the shower room with sink and toilet. You'll have access to a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge freezer and tea and coffee machine. Unwind in the inviting lounge area, complete with a sofa, coffee table, and TV with Netflix for entertainment. Step outside to your private outdoor terrace, furnished with lounge chairs and a dining table, where you can enjoy the fresh air and scenic views.
